The Michelle Method’s custom program is a 16-week fully individualized strength and conditioning experience designed around your horse, not a generic template. Each horse begins with a thorough assessment and is reassessed every four weeks to track progress, spot changes, and adjust the plan as needed. You receive a customized exercise plan focused on building strength, stability, coordination, and a healthy topline in a safe, progressive way. Alongside the strength work, a tension management plan is included to help reduce physical stress and improve how your horse feels in their body. Weekly check-ins provide accountability, guidance, and ongoing support so nothing is left to guesswork. You also have direct access to an equine strength training coach to answer questions and help troubleshoot challenges as they come up. This ensures exercises are done with correct form and within a pain-free, appropriate range of motion. The program adapts as your horse adapts, honoring the fact that progress is rarely linear. Rather than pushing through resistance, the focus stays on quality movement and long-term soundness. The result is a stronger, more comfortable horse with a plan that evolves alongside them.
